Q1 Resort & Spa’s® spacious One Bedroom Apartments are the perfect option for your next Gold Coast holiday. The self-contained One Bedroom Apartments are a home away from home. The large apartments offer 85 square metres of modern living, with separate bedroom, living room and kitchen. Each One Bedroom Apartment’s ensuite features a private spa bath for the ultimate in-room relaxation.
Each apartment’s gourmet kitchen includes a gas stovetop, oven, dishwasher and all the pots, pans, crockery and cutlery you need for breakfast in bed, a quiet night in or a family dinner. The lounge and dining areas offer plenty of space for a single traveler, couple or a small family, providing a comfortable Surfers Paradise holiday.
Resort facilities include 2 oversized lagoon swimming pools, an indoor heated lap pool, male & female steam & sauna rooms, gymnasium BBQ areas & Theatre. Restaurants and retail precinct.
Each One Bedroom Apartment features a unique glass-enclosed balcony, with the option to book a One Bedroom Spa Apartment with Gold Coast city views, or a One Bedroom Ocean Spa Apartment with partial ocean and beach views.

Our apartments are not available for rent for Bucks or Hens groups and Parties or Large Gatherings cannot be held in the apartments. We are a residential resort property and nearby residents will complain immediately after a party starts and we will have no option than to evict all persons in the apartment including the paying guests. Strict security and eviction procedures are in place. Requests for 2 or more apartments on the same level cannot be considered, we apologise in advance We do not hold licences to allow Weddings and we do not accept Schoolies. Minimum age to hire the apartments must be 21 years or older.
